The PianoPlovdiv StateBallet
The Piano was staged as a full-length ballet for State Opera Plovdiv and Plovdiv State Ballet. Otto Bubeníček contributed staging, music arrangement, stage design and projections for a world of silence, passion, landscape and emotional memory.

In 2015, Les Ballets Bubeníček were invited to perform at the New Theatre in Plzeň as part of the city's programme as the European Capital of Culture. The company presented a double bill featuring L'heure Bleue and the one-act story ballet The Piano.
